Ethias Lease, as the data controller, collects your personal data for the following purposes:

Where the processing of your personal data is based solely on your consent, you may decide to withdraw this consent at any time. We will ensure that the data is deleted unless there is another legal basis for its processing (for example, when the processing is necessary to fulfil a contract).
If the deleted data is processed for other purposes, we may not use that data for the part of the processing for which your consent was withdrawn, or for any of the purposes, depending on the nature of the withdrawal of your consent.
Moreover, exercising this right does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data during the period prior to your request.

You can object to the use of your data for commercial prospecting and/or direct marketing at any time, free of charge.
